Stephanie Voudouris is an associate in our Litigation Group. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, she was both a summer and articling student at the firm. During her articles, Stephanie was involved in a wide variety of litigation matters including intellectual property, copyright, and trademark infringement, product liability disputes, contract disputes, injunctions and other commercial litigation matters. Stephanie gained experience in drafting pleadings, factums and legal memoranda, conducting legal research and assisting with advising clients.
Stephanie received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013 where she graduated in the top ten percent of her class. Prior to studying law, she earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology at the University of Toronto, where she graduated with High Distinction and received the Dean’s List Award for four consecutive years. At Osgoode Hall, Stephanie was a Dean’s Fellow for Professor Craig Scott’s first year tort law class and for Professor Benjamin Berger’s first year criminal law class. She was granted a research internship by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada to assist Professors Benjamin Berger and Lori Beaman (University of Ottawa) in their work. Stephanie is currently a board member of the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers’ Association.
